Stinkens closed

After a catastrophic fire on March 21

Jacques Stinkens Orgelpijpenmakers B.V.

As reported in “Here & There” in the May 2026 issue, the factory of the organ pipe manufacturer Jacques Stinkens Orgelpijpenmakers B.V., Zeist, the Netherlands, burned in a catastrophic fire on March 21.

In June, the company made the difficult decision to close permanently after 112 years. 

For generations, Stinkens supplied pipework to numerous organbuilders in the United States and Europe.
