In any industry there are times of certainty, where everything pretty much follows established routines and the product is of highest quality, though no new ground is broken. Buzard Pipe Organ Builders Opus 50 is definitely outside that model. From the beginning, there was amicable discussion on many topics, ranging from visual concepts of the case design, to unusual adaptations of the stoplist to meet specific liturgical needs, and space considerations that would coordinate with planned additions to the church building.

Harry Wakefield Bramma, 89, died August 23 in Chislehurst, UK. Born November 11, 1936, in Shipley, UK, he was an organist and composer and an authority on Anglican church music. He attended Bradford Grammar School and took organ lessons from Melville Cook.
