L’Organo organ recital series

The 2026 season of L’Organo, the daily organ recital series for the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina, May 25 through June 5, experienced a healthy 25% increase in attendance over previous years. Organists included Monty Bennett, Virginia and Jonathan Bolena, Dalaie Choi, Jack Cleghorn, Leo Davis, Jessie Zixi Deng, Christoph Hintermüller, Ilona Kubiaczyk-Adler, Sarah Palmer, Dorothy Papadokos, Alexander Straus-Fausto, Jacob Carl Taylor, and Matthew Wilkinson performed in ten venues on instruments by such builders as Austin Organs, Inc., Bedient Organ Company, Kenneth Jones, Ontko and Young, Schoenstein & Co., Cornel Zimmer, and others.
