The organ comprises three manuals and pedal, four divisions, 47 stops, 40 ranks, and 2,506 pipes. It was completed in late 2024, primarily using pipework from the 1901 Hutchings & Votey instrument that was removed from The Second Church of Christ, Scientist in Chicago before the church was repurposed into living space.  Berghaus constructed a new mobile console along with new framework, slider and offset chests, winding and enclosures.  The organ speaks through the grillework to the side of the altar.
