Fourth International Martini Organ Competition Groningen

The fourth International Martini Organ Competition Groningen (IMOCG) will take place August 2–8 in Groningen, the Netherlands. Registration for the IMOCG 2026 is open to organists up to the age of 35 from all over the world. Entries are accepted until March 31 and must be submitted online. A selection committee will choose twelve candidates who will be invited to come to Groningen compete. 

The jury consists Leo van Doeselaar (Netherlands), Rie Hiroe (Japan), Jeremy Joseph (Austria), Juan Maria Pedrero (Spain), and Wolfgang Zerer (Germany). Jury members will also give masterclasses and concerts on some of the historic organs in Groningen.

The competition will feature the Martini organ, the Le Picard organ in the choir of the Martinikerk, the Schnitger organ in the Akerk, and the De Mare/Hinsz organ in the town of Appingedam.
