Advent Lessons and Carols

A prize-winning French composer and organist, Escaich, who succeeded Maurice Duruflé as organist at St. Etienne-du-Mont in Paris and tours internationally as an artist and composer, will dazzle at our magnificent Rieger organ.

Works by Samuel Barber, Scott Joplin, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and J.S. Bach. Free-will offering.

Join us as we mark the beginning of a new church year and the season of Advent with a service of Lessons and Carols let by Trinity Choir and Trinity Choristers, John Weit, Cantor.

Olivier Latry, Titular Organist of the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, will be joined by Korean virtuoso organist, Shin-Young Lee in a concert that includes their four-hand, four-feet transcription of Igor Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring.
