Frederick Hohman at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament, Detroit
Frederick Hohman presented a recital at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament, Detroit, Michigan, April 26, on the cathedral’s 1925 three-manual Casavant Frères Opus 1114. Simon Couture and Alan Montgomery, Casavant vice-president and project director, respectively, attended the event. The program included music published in the 1920s by Deszö d’Antalffy, along with works by J. S. Bach, Edwin Lemare, Carlos Xavier Santiago, and Charles-Marie Widor.
