Chase Loomer, a junior undergraduate at Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York, presented a recital February 19 on the C. B. Fisk, Inc., organ at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Tampa, Florida. The program was sponsored by the Tampa Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
Loomer was awarded first prize in the AGO/Quimby Southeast Regional Competition for Young Organists and has been a prizewinner at several other competitions throughout the southeast, including the Columbia and Winston-Salem AGO competitions.
