The National Conference for Sacred Music will be held January 6–8 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Sponsored by the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, the Presbyterian Association of Musicians, and the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts, the conference will include sessions on worship planning ideas, choral technique, handbells, working with children, and reading new publications from Augsburg Fortress, Hinshaw, and MorningStar Music.
Featured presenters include David Cherwien, Eric Nelson, Susan Briehl, Heather Williams Potter, Jackson Henry, and Ed Rollins.
