Regent Records announces a new CD.
J. S. Bach: Organ Works, Volume X, The Art of Fugue and Canonic Variations on Vom Himmel hoch, da komm ich her (REGCD 558, £12.76) is a two-CD set featuring Margaret Phillips performing. Phillips plays the 2012 Richards, Fowkes & Co. organ in St. George’s Church, Hanover Square, London. (On March 12, Phillips is among four musicians to be awarded the Medal of the Royal College of Organists for distinguished achievements.
