Douglas O’Neill appointment

 

Douglas O’Neill has been appointed director of sacred music at Holy Trinity and Holy Rosary Catholic Churches in Springfield, Kentucky, where he will develop a choral program and oversee liturgical music in the parishes.

O’Neill, winner of First Prize at the 1999 Dublin International Organ Competition, previously served as organist and assistant director of music at the Cathedral of the Madeleine and Madeleine Choir School in Salt Lake City. He holds degrees from the University of Evansville, University of Iowa, and the University of Kansas, where he completed the DMA in church music.
