The Diapason December 2017 Newsletter

December 18, 2017

The staff of The Diapason trusts that you had a pleasant and safe Advent and Christmas season. As many of us are church musicians, we know that you have worked very hard over the last several weeks preparing for special services, concerts, and the like. We hope that you are able to rest and relax a bit before activities become more hectic again in the months to come.

As announced last month, we will begin a digital magazine option in our subscriptions on January 1, at a reduced rate of $35 for a regular one-year subscription. All student subscriptions after January 1 will be offered with the digital magazine, still at the $20 rate. Of course, we will continue to offer our print edition! Our print edition subscription rates will be adjusted across the board for 2018, reflecting a modest increase in our regular subscription rates, but more realistic postage rates for foreign subscriptions. For all subscribers, you can access our website (www.thediapason.com) and experience our digital edition now.

Our newsletter sponsor for December is the William Wymond Agency, representing Simon Johnson's United States recital tour in January. You’ll find information on Johnson’s tour in this newsletter. For more information on this outstanding organist, visit www.simonjohnsonmusician.com.
