The Friends of the Kotzschmar Organ (FOKO) offers a part-time position as the 11th Municipal Organist for the City of Portland, Maine.
The Municipal Organist serves as the ambassador of the Kotzschmar Organ for the greater Portland, Maine community, and is one of only two Municipal Organist positions in the United States. The primary duties of the Municipal Organist shall include performing solo recitals during the year and organizing and directing of all musical activities related to the Kotzschmar Organ. There may be additional duties as needed.
